Public Transport at Dubai International Airport
It is generally the case that people travelling to Dubai have a hotel already booked, and the hotels provide their own shuttle bus service to link between the airport and their hotel.
Alternatively, for the small number of people who don’t have a hotel booked already, there are both buses and taxis available. Jumping in a taxi is the more popular option of the two, though it is sensible to agree the fare before moving off as meters are not used and the fares charged can be very different between cabs, often based on how much they think they can charge.
The bus does offer a fixed cost, though the service is not an especially frequent one due to the low demand for seats.
